I wanted to make some cookies today. The husband has been rooting around the pantry looking for various treats lately. I thought I could make up for last night's disaster with a nice plate of fresh cookies. Only I took the lazy route and used some slice & bake sugar cookie dough I had gotten free after sales + coupons.
epic.cookie.failure.
Stuck to the pan.
Flat and burned.
Morphed into a wannabe cookie cake.
I have learned my lesson. Made-from-scratch cookies from now on in this house.
