Sorry to all the die hard fans! I just don't like it. More for you though, right? It could also be the combo I used: Sabra Greek olive hummus and Kraft 2% cheddar. The hummus was just too tangy or whatever that flavor sensation is. I will try one more time with some plain hummus. Until then, the crack wrap (first introduced to me by Erin from I Walk in this World, but I have come to find out that it originated with Sarah from LovIN my Tummy) gets a thumbs down from me.

I tried it last week with tomato basil hummus and cheddar cheese... I wasn't a fan either. Like you said, the tanginess of the hummus was overwhelming. I did like the crispy outside though so I'm thinking I'll try that idea with something else inside...
I tried that Kerrygold cheese you recommended, too. Now that was good! I wasn't a fan of goat cheese though.

Ah ha! I've got no one to stick up for the crack wrap. Maybe it's not as widely loved as I thought?
I have a whole package of wraps left, so I need to figure something out...
I was also not a fan of the goat cheese. I'm thinking of trying it in a pasta sauce, since I have a ton left. The asparagus one recently posted on Smitten Kitchen. I may make that tonight...
