Bridge to Nowhere

On the way to Rockport, after driving through Aransas Pass, there's this little area on the side of the road called Aransas First Cove Harbor Wetlands Sanctuary. I was driving around the area and decided to pull in and check it out.

The sanctuary consists of a very long wooden bridge/pier thingy constructed over some mushy ground, overlooking some small ponds.

I was hoping to see more wildlife, but there were only a few seagulls to be found. The view sure was pretty though.
